𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐢𝐧‌𝐚𝐧. 🇵🇭✨

On July 1, 2026, student leaders from various colleges and universities across Biñan gathered for the State of the City Address (SOCA) 2026 of Mayor Angelo "Gel" Alonte and the grand opening of the Biñan City Performing Arts Center.

Representing the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna (UPHSL) were Mr. James Laurence Palacio, Student President, together with Ms. ngel Kim Garcia. Also in attendance were representatives from the University of Perpetual Help Dr. Jose G. Tamayo Medical University (UPHDJGTMU), led by Vice President Ms. Acenicolle Aguila, accompanied by Ms. Mary Jane Casalhay.

The event also welcomed student leaders and representatives from Lakeshore Colleges (LSC), Colegio de San Agustin Biñan (CSA), Saint Michael's College of Laguna (SMCL), Guardians Bona Fide for Hope Foundation Inc. (GBHFI), Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Biñan Campus (PUPBC), La Consolacion College (LCC), City Global College (CGC), Trimex Colleges

The gathering reflected the strong partnership between the City Government of Biñan and its academic institutions, emphasizing a shared commitment to education, youth leadership, and cultural development. As we move forward together, may we continue to build a community where leadership, service, and collaboration inspire every Biñanense.
