Today, we celebrate a professor who is not only brilliant and passionate about her teaching, but also someone who inspires us through her wisdom, strength, and genuine care for her students.

โ€ŽThe discussions began with an inspiring remark by the Program Chair Ms. Farron A. Deorayom, who encouraged the attendees and reminded everyone to "Take charge and leave your mark." The invited resource speakers then shared invaluable insights on youth leadership, with Mr. John Cedrick G. Ellazo discussing contemporary issues, Hon. Federico C. Torres II, talking about the importance of leadership and offering an essential guide for aspiring Barangay and SK officials.

โ€ŽAfter a quick noon break, the CASmates came back refreshed and ready for the seminar's second half! To get everyone hyped up, the afternoon started with a fun icebreaker game, followed by powerful informative notes from Atty. Emerson H. Aguilar, on the true heart of public service. As the discussions commenced, the attendees had the opportunity to ask the speakers some thought-provoking questions during the program. โœจ

The University of Perpetual Help System Laguna (UPHSL) bring students together to Tindig: Tungo sa Makabuluhang Pagbabago โ€“ Youth Leadership and Civic Participation Seminar 2026 on September 25, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the UPHSL Performing Arts Theater.

This event enables students to stand up for what they believe in, take part in substantial dialogue, and become actively involved in their communities. The Biรฑan City Youth and Sports Development Office (YASDO), represented by Mr. John Cedrick G. Ellazo, Administrative Officer and Officer-in-Charge of the Youth Development Division, joined โ€œTindig: Tungo sa Makabuluhang Pagbabago โ€“ Youth Leadership and Civic Participation 2026โ€ on September 25, 2026, at the Performing Arts Theatre of the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna JONELTA โ€“ Biรฑan Campus.

Organized by the Political Science Society, the event brought together more than 500 College of Arts and Sciences students to learn about civic engagement, youth leadership, and volunteerism. Ellazo delivered a discussion on leadership, encouraging participants to take an active role in addressing the needs of their communities.
