For those who are interested in running for a CAS Congress position, make sure to prepare the following requirements:
1. Copy of your 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺
2. Copy of your 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱
3. Copy of your 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀, secured from the 𝗖𝗔𝗦 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻’𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲
4. One (1) 𝟭𝘅𝟭 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
5. Duly accomplished 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗰𝘆

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀: Please be reminded that filing a Certificate of Candidacy for another position shall constitute 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. For the complete guidelines and applicable provisions, please refer to the publication material.
𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
1. Must be a bona fide 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀;
2. Shall have a 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗻 (15) 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 in the last semester immediately preceding the election;
3. Candidates may enroll for the maximum number of units permitted based on their curriculum, as certified by the College Dean for the current semester;
4. Shall have 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 (80%) 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 (𝗚𝗪𝗔), without a failing grade, incomplete, or unauthorized withdrawal during the last semester immediately preceding the election;
5. Must have 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 committed within the University; and
6. Must have 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 (1) 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 in the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna at the post-secondary level
