In view of the advisory issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) indicating that the heat index from March to May 2026 may reach extremely dangerous levels, which may significantly increase the risk of heat-related illnesses, the University hereby authorizes the temporary relaxation of prescribed uniforms for faculty members, administrative staff, and students, effective immediately.

Personnel and students may wear light, comfortable, and breathable clothing, such as cotton fabrics, provided that attire remains decent, appropriate, and consistent with the standards of professionalism and decorum of the University.
