TES APPLICATION FOR AY 2026–2027 IS NOW OPEN!

The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Application for Academic Year 2026–2027 is now open to qualified students.

Who may apply?
✅ Freshmen
✅ Transferees
✅ Old/Continuing Students who are NOT yet TES & TDP Grantees

ONE-TIME TDP ADDITIONAL GRANT

We are pleased to announce the schedule for the release of the One-Time Grant for all VALIDATED continuing student-grantees.
• Date: July 17, 2026 (Friday)
• Time: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Venue: UEP Main Bldg. Lobby

This one-time additional assistance is granted by CHED to ongoing 1st to 3rd year TDP grantees who were enrolled during the 1st Semester of AY 2024-2025. This grant is separate from the regular ₱7,500.00 semester allowance.

📄 Requirements to Bring:
For Grantees Personally Claiming:
• 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞’𝐬 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐈𝐃 (School ID or government-issued ID): Three (3) colored photocopies printed on 𝑳𝑶𝑵𝑮 bond paper, each bearing three (3) specimen signatures signed in blue ink.
Note: School ID should have an ID validation sticker for A.Y. 2024-2025 (1st Semester). If none, please proceed to the Registrar’s Office.
• 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐃 (Original copy for verification purposes)
• 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐩𝐞𝐧 (Please bring your own)

For Authorized Representatives (If the grantee cannot attend personally):
• 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Only immediate family members are allowed to act as representatives.
• 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫: Three (3) original copies, each bearing the wet/original signature of the grantee.

In light of the low voter turnout—only 2,165 votes cast out of a total student population of 15,518—the voting period for the 2025 UEP USSC Special Elections has been extended. In view of the low voter turnout during the recent UEP SSC General Elections held on September 3–4, 2025, which recorded only 35.77% participation, the UEP COMELEC, in consultation with the Office of Student Affairs and with the approval of the Office of the University President, has scheduled a Special Election.

The new 𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒗𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 will be 𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒐𝒘, 𝑶𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒃𝒆𝒓 8, 2025, 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 8:00 𝑨𝑴 𝒕𝒐 5:00 𝑷𝑴. All bona fide students of the university are strongly encouraged to participate and cast their votes during this period. The UEP Commission on Elections will now proceed with the validation and tabulation of votes in accordance with the UEP Omnibus Election Code.

We extend our gratitude to all students who exercised their right to vote and participated in this year’s elections.
