𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐋𝐀𝐖 💚🤍

Today, September 21, the CCSS Student Council remembers the events surrounding the declaration of Martial Law in the Philippines in 1972.

Martial Law became a significant period in Philippine history, affecting the country’s government, institutions, media, and many Filipinos. The National Historical Commission of the Philippines documents the period and its impact on Philippine society.

As students, may we continue to 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲, 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 of those who lived through it.

May remembering our history remind us of the importance of knowledge, awareness, and responsible citizenship. ✨

𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡. 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. 💚
