📢 CLEARANCE SIGNING PERIOD
(For Graduating & Non-Graduating Students)

📅 Schedule:
March 23, 2026 – April 8, 2026

All students are advised to secure their clearance forms from the Finance Office starting today. Kindly ensure that the form is completely filled out and signed on or before April 8, 2026.

✅ Completion of your clearance is required to obtain your Admission Slip for the Final Examination.

⚠️ Please settle your clearance as early as possible to avoid delays.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | Eid’l Fitr Holiday

In observance of Eid’l Fitr (Feast of Ramadan), and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1189 issued by the Office of the President, March 20, 2026 (Friday) is declared a Regular Holiday.

In line with this, there will be no classes and office operations in the Basic Education Department, College Department, and all offices of SVPDC on the said date.

Let us join our Muslim brothers and sisters in celebrating this meaningful and joyous occasion.

Due to heavy rain, 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, February 9, 2026, are 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱.

However, 𝙊𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙨𝙮𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 (𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗟) will be conducted for college students. All college students are advised to coordinate with their respective instructors for learning activities and instructions.

Students who are currently on campus are advised to return safely to their homes or boarding houses. Please take extra care while traveling.
