• Support enhancement of academic and non-academic personnel towards long-term dedicated services to the institution,
• Engage Institution’s top management and middle management to quality policy development and implementation,
• Acts as a facilitator, partner, advocate, and implementer of professional improvement among personnel and where appropriate.
