Her leadership earned the College of Nursing Level IV PACUCOA accreditation in 2024—the highest accreditation level—and, in 2026, she successfully launched the institution's first Master of Science in Nursing program. A two-time Gawad Galing awardee (2024 and 2025), she also serves actively in the Philippine Nurses Association and the Association of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing.
Integrity has remained central to her leadership. When outdated clinical teaching practices no longer reflected current standards, she chose collaboration over confrontation. She reviewed the evidence, engaged faculty in open dialogue, organized professional development, and strengthened clinical partnerships—ensuring graduates remained ethical, competent, and globally competitive while preserving trust among colleagues.
Her transparent leadership likewise strengthened confidence across interdisciplinary teams. By involving faculty and clinical partners in decision-making and applying standards consistently, she cultivated a culture of accountability that continues to produce graduates with board examination performances above the national average, including multiple board topnotchers who now serve both in the Philippines and abroad.
Dr. Delos Reyes embodies the mission of BEST Healthcare Rankings—Building Excellence through Service and Trust. Through steadfast leadership, ethical practice, and an enduring commitment to academic excellence, she elevates the nursing profession, proving that true leadership is measured not only by visible achievements but also by the quiet trust it inspires for generations to come.
