This month’s Keynotes, delivered by Sir Michael S. Yanga, centered on upholding integrity as the defining mark of a true DYCIan educator and member of the DYCIan family. He emphasized that integrity is lived out through the values embodied in the acronym C.H.R.I.S.T.—being Courageous, Holistic, Righteous, Invisible in service, Sincere, and Trustworthy. More than a set of principles, these reflect the very essence of following in the footsteps of Christ, guiding educators and personnel in their mission of service, excellence, and character formation.

The program also became a celebration of excellence and dedication within the institution. The MAGIS Employee of the Month and MAGIS Department of the Month were recognized through the leadership of Management Systems Office Director Mr. Johnel Azarcon, honoring individuals and teams who exemplify outstanding performance and commitment to the institution’s core values.

This was followed by the recognition of the Top 5 Departments under the Mystery Customer Awards, presented by Ms. Fritzie de Guzman, highlighting units that consistently deliver quality service and uphold the standards of professionalism and care. The event also featured updates and initiatives from Sustainability Office Head Ms. Kate Mendoza, reinforcing the institution’s green initiatives and its continued commitment to environmentally responsible and sustainable practices.

Congratulations to all the awardees for exemplifying excellence, integrity, and service. May these recognitions continue to inspire the entire DYCIan community to live out the values of C.H.R.I.S.T. in both word and action.
