Through a historic partnership between Lanbank and UniFAST, the disbursement of financial benefits is entering a new era of efficiency, convenience, and transparency.

Under this initiative, TES and TDP benefits will be credited directly through the personal Landbank accounts of grantees, ensuring that the benefits will reach rightful beneficiaries in a safer, faster, and more transparent manner.

𝙄𝙈𝙋𝙊𝙍𝙏𝘼𝙉𝙏 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙏𝙊 𝘿𝙊

To all TES and TDP grantees, we strongly recommend that you open and maintain a personal Landbank account promptly through the Straight-Through Account Opening (STAO) and Digital Onboarding System (DOBS) mobile banking applications.

Please follow the step-by-step guide provided in our publication materials below to successfully open your Landbank accounts.

Once you have opened your account, please ensure that:

1. Your account name matches your TES and TDP grantee credentials;
2. Keep your Landbank active at all times;
3. Maintain the required minimum balance; and
4. Only validated Landbank accounts will be used for disbursing benefits.

Your immediate compliance and full cooperation are essential in achieving a 100% direct payment system through the partnership between UniFAST and Landbank.

An Open Letter to All Employees and Students

To every employee and student of our institution,

I have been hearing disturbing stories of sexual harassment within our community. Whether these incidents involve employees, students, or anyone under the name of this institution, let me make my position absolutely clear: I do not condone harassment of any kind, especially sexual harassment.

Every person who enters this institution deserves to feel safe, respected, and protected. No one should have to fear being harassed, intimidated, exploited, or abused while pursuing an education or carrying out their work.

As President, I will treat any act of sexual harassment or sexual abuse as a direct assault against me as the head of this institution and against the values we stand for. It is an attack on the culture we are committed to building.

People often say that in a basket of tomatoes, one or two may be rotten. If there are rotten tomatoes in this institution—individuals who choose to harass, exploit, or abuse others—I will ensure they are removed. They will be discarded from our community through the proper disciplinary processes. I will not allow a few rotten individuals to spoil the character, reputation, and integrity of an institution that so many honest students and employees work hard to uphold.

Consider this a friendly reminder: you do not want me as your enemy. If you choose to prey upon, harass, or abuse another member of this institution, I will treat you accordingly. I will use every authority vested in me to ensure that you are held accountable through the appropriate disciplinary, administrative, and, where warranted, legal processes.

To those who have experienced or witnessed harassment, I encourage you to come forward. You will be heard. Reports made in good faith will be treated with the seriousness, respect, and confidentiality they deserve. Silence only protects those who abuse others. Speaking up protects our community.

The reputation of this institution will never be built by hiding misconduct. It will be built by confronting it with integrity, courage, and justice.

Let this serve as both a warning and a commitment. A warning to those who believe they can take advantage of others: your actions will have consequences. And a commitment to every student and employee: this institution will stand with those who seek safety, dignity, and justice.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

TO ALL TDP & TES GRANTEES

The Office of the Registrar has posted the list of TES and TDP grantees on their bulletin board.

All concerned students are advised to check whether their names appear on the list. If your name is included, please take note of your assigned batch, process your Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) account immediately, and upload your account details to the ICST Portal.

Students who already have an existing Land Bank account are likewise required to upload their account details to the ICST Portal as soon as possible.

Your prompt compliance is highly appreciated to avoid delays in the processing of your scholarship benefits.
