This milestone was completed with the issuance of the COPC for the Bachelor of Science in Computer Applications (BSCA), making all undergraduate programs of the University fully compliant with the standards set by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). The achievement reflects the collective efforts of the University administration, faculty, staff, students, and partners in advancing quality, responsive, and outcomes-based higher education.

Graduating students are advised to take note of the graduation pictorial schedule on June 8-11 and 13, 2026, at Room E-10, Indanan Anni Hall, New Academic Building.

June 8 - COFEST, CIAS, CCS (MA Islamic Education & MS Aquaculture)

June 9 - CASS, CBAM (MPA, AB History, AB Political Science, & OM)

June 10 - CASS & CMS (BAELS, BS Mathematics, & BS Statistics)

June 11 - CoEd (PDPE, MAELT, & Secondary)

June 13 - CoEd (MSTM, MAEd, BECEd, & Elementary)

The pictorial will be conducted strictly from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please wear the prescribed attire and follow the guidelines on your scheduled date:

Male students: White long-sleeved shirt with black necktie

Female students: Corporate or smart casual attire

Female students wearing hijab: White veil is encouraged; strictly no glitters

Graduate Program students: Bring your own maroon academic gown/toga

Reminder: Only minimal jewelry is allowed.

Graduating students are also reminded to bring their valid school ID during the pictorial for verification and clarification purposes.

The Office of Gender and Development (OGAD) officially launched the campus's first Childminding and Lactating Room, named GADjamina, on May 11, 2026.

In her opening message, OGAD Director Assoc. Prof. Almira A. Hadji reaffirmed the office's commitment to promoting gender-responsive and family-friendly spaces that support the well-being of students, employees, and clients of the university.

Representing Chancellor Mary Joyce Z. Guinto-Sali, OIC Assoc. Prof. Joseph V. Andas conveyed the Chancellor's commendation of the initiative, recognizing it as a significant milestone in fostering a more inclusive, caring, and supportive campus environment.

Messages of support were likewise delivered by Assoc. Prof. Alcyn R. Bakkang, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, and Assoc. Prof. Kartini R. Tahir, Chairperson of the Department of Early Childhood and Elementary Education, highlighting the significance of GADjamina in supporting student-parents and promoting a more inclusive, caring, and learner-centered campus community.

One of the highlights of the program was the Mother's Day tribute, featuring a special song performance by Ms. Angelica Esmael of the Gusih Lumba Music Guild. Handcrafted flowers were also distributed as tokens of appreciation to honor and celebrate mothers.

OGAD extends its heartfelt gratitude to Chancellor Mary Joyce Z. Guinto-Sali, for the unwavering support of the Office's initiatives and steadfast commitment to advancing a gender-inclusive and gender-responsive institution.

Special appreciation is also extended to the Infrastructure Services Office, headed by Engr. Allan S. Caguio; the Auxiliary Services Unit, headed by Mr. Al-Qazwini J. Hadji; and the Office of Medical and Wellness Services, headed by Dr. Jaiver L. Sahibuddin, for their invaluable support and contributions in making the project possible. The Office of Creative Works, headed by Asst. Prof. Nelson S. Dino, for helping conceptualize the meaningful identity behind the name GADjamina, a symbol of care, nurturing, strength, and blessings that embodies the facility's purpose and reflects the university's commitment to fostering a supportive and gender-responsive environment for all.

Noong Marso 6, 1965, nilagdaan ni Pangulong Diosdado P. Macapagal ang Presidential Proclamation No. 374 na nagtakda sa ikaโ€‘28 ng Mayo bilang Pambansang Araw ng Watawat ng Pilipinas. Layunin nitong gunitain ang petsa nang unang inilabas ang pambansang sagisag matapos talunin ng Pambansang Hukbo ng Pilipinas ang mga hukbo ng Espanya sa Labanan sa Alapan, Imus, Cavite noong 1898.

Upang palawigin ang panahon ng pagdiriwang, nilagdaan naman ni Pangulong Fidel V. Ramos ang Executive Order No. 179 noong Mayo 23, 1994. Itinakda nito ang panahon mula ikaโ€‘28 ng Mayo hanggang ikaโ€‘12 ng Hunyo, Araw ng Kasarinlan, bilang Pambansang Linggo ng Watawat ng Pilipinas.

๐Ÿ“Œ For applicants who wish to submit their hard copies personally, you may visit the College of Law Office located at the New Academic Building, Second Floor, on May 28-30, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

๐Ÿ“Œ Online submission of applications is still open.

๐Ÿ“Œ For those exempted from taking the MLAT, you are still required to submit the MLAT form together with the initial requirements for your application to be accepted.
