In line with CHED Memorandum Order No. 38, Series of 2026 directing all participating Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to monitor the progress in the ongoing 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐋𝐁𝐏) ATM account enrollment of scholars and grantees in BARMM-A, all grantees who have 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 their accounts are required to submit their 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 to the 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬 (𝐎𝐕𝐂𝐀𝐀) no later than 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 .

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs joins the MSU TCTO community in mourning the passing of Prof. Felisa B. Halun (14 May 1947 – 16 May 2026).

Prof. Halun dedicated her life to education, service, and leadership, leaving a history as a pioneer in our community. She served as the First Woman Dean of the College of Education, the First Woman Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, and a Former OIC Chancellor of MSU TCTO.

May Allah (SWT) grant her a place in Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen. Our condolences and prayers for Sabr (patience) go out to her family and the MSU-TCTO community.

Prof. Halun, your legacy will remain. 🤍

The Mindanao State University Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography honors the life and legacy of Prof. Felisa B. Halun, whose enduring contributions as a woman leader, educator, and mentor continue to inspire excellence, compassionate service, and the empowerment of present and future generations.
