📌 Submission Guidelines
1. All applications will be processed under CHED-UniFAST rules.
2. Failure to comply with eligibility requirements, retention policies, or submission of spurious documents will result in disqualification or termination of the grant.
3. Applicants must not be under any scholarship/grant, except for Talent/Skill Grant offered by MSU TCTO.
4. Submission of incomplete documents and applications beyond the deadline will not be accepted.

ADVISORY | Suspension of Scheduled TES Orientation

Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 003, Series of 2026 issued by the Provincial Government of Tawi-Tawi, and in line with the advisory from Mindanao State University – Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU-TCTO) on the suspension of classes and work effective June 8, 2026, until further notice, please be informed that the scheduled TES Orientation is likewise suspended until further notice.

All Baby Dolphins are reminded to stay alert, follow official announcements from the proper authorities, and take necessary safety measures at all times.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs joins the MSU TCTO community in mourning the passing of Prof. Felisa B. Halun (14 May 1947 – 16 May 2026).

Prof. Halun dedicated her life to education, service, and leadership, leaving a history as a pioneer in our community. She served as the First Woman Dean of the College of Education, the First Woman Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, and a Former OIC Chancellor of MSU TCTO.

May Allah (SWT) grant her a place in Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen. Our condolences and prayers for Sabr (patience) go out to her family and the MSU-TCTO community.
