The Beta Sigma and Sigma Beta Fraternity and Sorority MSU-TCTO Chapter successfully organized their Medical Mission (Operation Tule, Dental, and Eye check-up) on February 10, 2024, at the MSU-TCTO Preparatory High School.
This event involved the participation of our brods and sissies who are medical experts from various fields and chapters in Luzon, as well as doctors from North America. The collaboration with the Federation of Beta Sigma Fraternity Chapters and Sigma Beta Sorority Alumnae International Assembly, along with the special involvement of Fil-Am radio, made the event possible. Nearly 1,000 patients benefited from services such as Operation Tule, dental extractions with free dental kits, free reading glasses, free antibiotics, and pain medications.
We, the members (Resident/Alumni/Alumnae) of The Beta Sigma Fraternity and Sigma Beta Sorority MSU-TCTO Chapter, express our deepest gratitude to the dedicated doctors, dentists, ancillary teams, and volunteers who traveled from Manila and the United States of America. Your hard work and sacrifice were integral to the success of this event.
A special thanks to the entire MSU-Tawi Tawi administration, from Ma'am Chancellor Mary Joyce Sali to the head/Principal of the ILS-MSU Sir Sala, Head of Health Ministry of Tawi-Tawi headed by Doc. Sangkula Laja, Bongao LGU led by Mayor Jimuel Que, and to the 51st Special Action Company led by PCPT Richard C. Luzano for their support and resources that made this event possible.
We are grateful to all our sponsors whose generous contributions and donations made this program a reality. Your selflessness is truly appreciated.
