Guinto-Sali, PA (RES) on her installation as Commander of the 1605th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion under the 16th Regional Community Defense Group (16RCDG).

The MSU-TCTO community joins in celebrating this significant milestone and recognition of Chancellor Guinto-Sali’s continued commitment to leadership and public service.

The installation marks another significant milestone in Chancellor Guinto-Sali’s continuing commitment to public service, leadership, and nation-building. As the newly installed Commander, she assumes an important role in advancing the Reserve Force’s mission of supporting national defense, disaster response, community development, and civic engagement initiatives.
