MSU Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography continues to take significant steps toward strengthening healthcare services, wellness programs, and academic excellence with the construction of a 3-Storey Medical and Wellness Services Building which will commence in August 2026, Insha Allah!

This landmark project forms part of the Universityโ€™s long-term vision as we prepare for the future offering of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and other allied health programs, while enhancing healthcare and wellness services for our students, faculty, staff, and the wider community.

The Mindanao State University Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU TCTO) was recognized by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for its commitment to civic responsibility and exemplary compliance with internal revenue requirements.

The University received a Certificate of Recognition during the BIR Tax Campaign Kick-off held on February 16, 2026 at Beachside Inn Hotel and Restaurant, Simandagit, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi, in line with this yearโ€™s theme, โ€œMahusay na Serbisyo, Katumbas ng Buwis Mo.โ€
