‎Eastern Samar State University (ESSU) – Main's College of Engineering (COE), has officially opened its online enrollment for the second semester of the current academic year.
‎
‎The announcement aligns with the ongoing flexible class and work arrangements implemented across all ESSU campuses.
‎
‎This semester’s enrollment process will utilize Google Documents and Google Drive to streamline the submission of requirements and forms.
‎
‎Students may access their class enrollment guide and preliminary form through the following link:

𝐅𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐔𝐏 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘: Asynchronous Classes and WFH Arrangement in ALL ESSU Campuses are Extended Until Further Notice

After a meeting by University President, Dr. Andres C. Pagatpatan, Jr., with university officials and in-house experts, it has been decided that the asynchronous learning mode and work-from-home arrangement in ALL ESSU CAMPUSES will be extended until further notice or otherwise advised.

This is to give more time for threat assessment and ensure the safety of everyone. All faculty and administrative units are hereby directed to make the necessary adjustments accordingly.

Let’s continue to work together and prioritize our safety. Everyone is advised to always keep updated and be on the lookout for further announcements.

𝗕𝗦𝗘𝗘 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲⚡🙌

𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗨-𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 has successfully secured 𝗖𝗢𝗣𝗖 for the Bachelor of Science in 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (BSEE) program. This milestone was made possible through the 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 of 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳, and 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, all working hand in hand to uphold academic excellence.

After several weeks of 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗨-𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 announces the resumption of 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 classes and 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 work operations due to the 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of the 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 in Borongan City.

Starting September 1, 2025, students are expected to 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 and 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲 in 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲-𝘁𝗼-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 classes in their respective classrooms. Approved by the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 and disseminated through the 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 Office (PRIMO).

ESSU Main Campus announces the full resumption of face-to-face classes and regular work operations effective Monday, September 1, 2025, following the stabilization of Borongan City’s water supply.

All students are expected to attend in-person classes in their respective classrooms and laboratories, while faculty members shall ensure a smooth transition from online to face-to-face learning.

Likewise, all teaching and non-teaching personnel are directed to report onsite daily at their designated offices and stations, with regular office hours and services fully reinstated, thereby lifting the previous work-from-home and skeletal work arrangement.

This advisory is issued with the authority of the University President as we move forward to normal academic and administrative operations.

The 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 2025 𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺 results are in, and 𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗨-𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 proudly celebrates the achievement of its newest engineers.

𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗔. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗮 and 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗜𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗻𝗲𝘁 have officially earned their licenses as 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀, a testament to their perseverance, skill, and unwavering commitment.

𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗨-𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 recorded a 100% passing rate for its first-time taker, 11.11% for repeaters, and an 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 of 20%, highlighting the dedication of both students and faculty in reaching this milestone.

Once Again, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀! May your success 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸 innovation and 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 future engineers of ESSU-Main. 👏🎊

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

As directed by our University President, all classes from August 26–31, 2025, will continue to be conducted through Flexible Learning Modality (online classes).

Although water supply restoration has been reported, the Office of the President continues to receive feedback regarding its instability.

Further advisories will be released once conditions have fully stabilized.
