3rd Laboratory Examination – Bread and Pastry Production
St. Mary’s College of Borongan, Inc.

BSHM 3 students showcased their skills and creativity in preparing cupcakes and tarts as part of their Pre‑Final Laboratory Assessment. This activity is designed to strengthen their technical proficiency, proper hygiene practices, and professional presentation standards essential in the hospitality industry.

The students were guided by their instructor, Mr. Jeremy E. Oros, and evaluated by the panel of judges: Mr. Ben John Pajanustan and Ms. Fedelina Oros, who provided expert feedback and guidance.

We also extend our gratitude to the DepEd Regional Monitoring Team for their visit and positive feedback on the quality and presentation of the students’ finished products.

Congratulations to everyone for your hard work, dedication, and outstanding performance!

Good Day, Future Hospitality Professionals! Praise be Jesus and Mary!

As regular classes begin, all BSHM students are required to wear the prescribed uniforms — the uniform policy is strictly enforced. Please follow this schedule:

✅ Monday – Service Attire
✅ Tuesday – School Uniform
✅ Wednesday – PE Uniform
✅ Thursday – School Uniform
✅ Friday – Any‑colored shirt & pants (Appropriate & Formal only) – Wash Day

⚠️ Compliance will be strictly monitored. Students not in proper uniform will be asked to leave the premises, and security will be accordingly advised.

Let us always remember: hospitality calls for discipline, starting with how we present ourselves.

To the Parents and Guardians of BSHM‑3 Students:

We are pleased to announce that our BSHM‑3 students will conduct their 3rd Laboratory Activity in Bread and Pastry Production, focusing on Cupcakes and Tarts, on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at the Marian Hotel Laboratory, under the supervision of Mr. Jeremy E. Oros, BSHM Instructor.

This activity serves as a required performance assessment, fully aligned with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) BSHM Curriculum and Outcomes‑Based Education Standards. It is designed to develop students’ technical proficiency, creativity, and professional work ethics, core competencies essential to their future careers in the hospitality industry.

We kindly ask for your continued support and cooperation. All students are expected to be present, fully prepared, and in proper prescribed attire on the scheduled date.
