Interviews for freshmen applicants will be held tomorrow, May 19, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please bring the following requirements:
• 2pcs 2x2 picture
• Form 137 (original & photocopy)
• Form 138 (original and photocopy)
• PCET result
• Certificate of Good Moral Character (original & photocopy)
• 2 long brown envelope
Interview process:
1. Fill out the Application for Admission Form at the College of Agriculture and Forestry.
(See Dr. Rowena R. Sazon for BS Environmental Science, Agri. Jesseca Ruth Diesta for BS in Agriculture, and For. Marven Lanuza for BS in Forestry.)
2. Submit the Application for Admission Form to the program chair during the interview and present photocopies of the required documents.
3. Upon approval of the program chair, submit the photocopies of documents to the college clerk, Ms. Doris Cayago.
4. Proceed to the Campus Registrar for the creation of your SIAS account and submission of original documents.
The interview is scheduled until May 21, 2026.
Please refer to the list of names in the previous post. For students who have completed all requirements but are not included in the list, kindly proceed to the campus registrar for assistance with your admission application through SIAS.
