The parade commenced as officers and cadets marched toward the center of the BCC Training Ground, led by ๐—–/๐—–๐—ข๐—Ÿ ๐—๐—”๐—ฌ๐—ฆ๐—ข๐—ก ๐—– ๐—ฆ๐—จ๐— ๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—ฃ๐—ข๐—ก๐—š ๐Ÿญ๐—–๐—Ÿ, Corps Commander of the BCC ROTC Unit.

At 11:00 o'clock in the morning, ๐— ๐—”๐— ๐—˜๐—Ÿ๐— ๐—” ๐—š๐—ฅ๐—”๐—–๐—˜ ๐—ฅ ๐—”๐—•๐—จ๐—Ÿ๐—˜๐—ก๐—–๐—œ๐—” (๐—”๐—š๐—ฆ) ๐—ฃ๐—” formally presented the Guest of Honor and Speaker, ๐—Ÿ๐—ง๐—– ๐—˜๐——๐—จ๐—”๐—ฅ๐——๐—ข ๐—— ๐— ๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—œ๐—š-๐—ข๐—ก ๐—œ๐—ก๐—™ (๐—š๐—ฆ๐—–) ๐—ฃ๐—” (๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ฆ) then delivered an inspiring address to the officers and cadets.
