KANINONG PANAGINIP โ€™TO?!

This Mental Health Awareness Day, University Senior Student Council continues to create spaces where senior students can speak, share, and be heard. Because sometimes, a simple question can open up a meaningful conversation.

Guided by this yearโ€™s theme, โ€œGinhawa: Paghinga. Pahinga. At Pagpapatuloy,โ€ we are reminded that life does not always have to be about pushing forward without stopping.

Let this be a reminder to check on one another, practice kindness, and make mental health a conversation we continue to have, not just today, but every day.

USSCO listens, USSCO cares! Letโ€™s continue to Include. Involve. Illuminate. ๐Ÿ’š

This month, we are reminded that taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical well-being. Behind every smile, every achievement, and every busy day is a person who may also be carrying struggles we cannot always see.

The ๐‚๐Œ๐”-๐”๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐’๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌโ€™ ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ฅ stands with every student who is learning to cope, heal, rest, and find their way. May we continue to create a university community where it is okay to speak up, ask for help, take a break, and simply not be okay.

Let us choose compassion over judgment and understanding over silence. A simple โ€œAre you okay?โ€ can mean more than we realize, and a listening ear can remind someone that they do not have to face everything alone.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, let us remind one another: your feelings are valid, your struggles matter, and you deserve support. You are more than your achievements, and you do not have to have everything figured out all at once.
