🚨𝐂𝐒𝐆 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 | 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍

In accordance with Memorandum Circular Order No. 129 issued by the Office of the President, upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), face-to-face classes at NU Baliwag are suspended tomorrow, August 19, 2026 (Wednesday). All classes will shift to 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐄 𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐒 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 (𝐑𝐒𝐋).

This is due to the continuous heavy rainfall and the forecast of hazardous weather conditions in the province.

In accordance with the Memorandum Circular Order No. 128 issued by the Office of the President upon recommendation by the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council, classes at all levels in all public and private schools throughout the province of Bulacan are hereby suspended tomorrow, August 18, 2026 (Tuesday). All classes are advised to shift to any alternative learning modality.

This is due to the continuous heavy rainfall and the forecast of hazardous weather conditions in the province.

Please be advised that the National University - Baliwag Commission on Audit (COA) will observe a temporary Audit Ban from 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟳 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, in accordance with the University Calendar for A.Y. 2026–2027.

📌 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗻?
An Audit Ban refers to the temporary suspension of all audit activities of the Commission on Audit (COA), observed during the week prior to the examination period and throughout examination week.
• 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲: All submissions, revisions, and other audit-related reports are put on hold and will be accommodated once the ban is lifted.
• 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲: This policy is implemented to allow student leaders—both COA members and officers of student organizations—to focus on their academic responsibilities during the midterm examinations.
• 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Exemptions may be granted for cases requiring urgent or immediate action, including concerns affecting the integrity of submitted reports, ongoing incident letters with standing demands, and other critical matters that cannot reasonably be deferred.
