[ENGINEERING BM GODWIN]

Higit pa sa kalubusan ng lahat ng pasasalamat.

Isang hamon na humarap, tumayo, at tumindig—kapuwa mga hamon na hinarap ng bawat estudyante sa isang taong ito. Ngunit sa kabila ng lahat, narito tayo at nagpapatuloy.

Isang taon muli ang magmamarka sa unti-unti, dahan-dahan ngunit nagpapatuloy na mga hakbang tungo sa iisang layunin. At sa pagsuong sa mga hamon ng isang taong ito, nanatili ka, inhinyero.

Isang pagbati sa bawat estudyante at kapuwa mga mag-aaral, tunay kayong inspirasyon. Ang inyong bawat pagpapagal, paglalaan ng mahahabang oras, at pakikiisa ay patuloy n nagbubunga. Isang pagwawaging para sa bawat isa. Isang pagsaludo sa dedikasyon at sa bunga nitong ating tinatamasa.

Isang pagkilala sa mga kawani ng pamantasang nakipag-kapuwa—yaong sa ati’y ipinabatid na hindi tayo nag-iisa, walang hangganang pakikipagbahagian ng kaalaman, pagbubulay-bulay sa sining at agham ng inhinyeriya.

Isang pagyakap sa kapuwa ko mga nagsipaglingkod, susunod na magsisipaglingkod, at sa bawat isang patuloy na maglilingkod. Isang malaking karangalan ang magsilbing kasama ninyo, magkakabalikat.

Isang taos-puso at bukal sa kaloobang pasasalamat at pagkilala sa buong komunidad ng ating departamento. Ang nagdaang taon ay hindi lamang naging sukat ng ating talinoat patuloy na pagtanaw sa mas malinaw na bukas, kundi naging patunay din ng katatagan at pagkakaisa bilang mga mag-aaral ng Inhinyeriya.

Isang taon. Isang pagkilala. Isang hanggang sa muli.

Isang mapagpalayang araw, BulSU Bustos! Let me express my final message for y'all, una po maraming salamat sa tiwalang binigay niyo sa akin noong nakaraang taon. Maraming salamat din po sa memories na kasama ninyo ako, sa mga kulitan at tawanan natin, sa mga class mayors na nakiki-ride on sa jokes ko, sa mga freshmen na bumabati sa akin palagi, hinding hindi ko kayo malilimutan. This term taught me that patience and humility are always needed regardless of your position. I cannot say I'm the best leader but I can say I'm a good leader, why? because the smiles that welcome me whenever I'm entering the campus are telling me so. Maraming salamat, BulSU Bustos. Una sa lahat, taos-puso akong nagpapasalamat sa LSC sa pagtanggap sa akin. From being an OIC hanggang sa maging official Board Member ng department ko, sobrang laking bahagi nito sa growth ko. Special thanks kay VG Kaith na laging handang tumulong at gumabay sa akin, lalo na sa paggawa ng mga resolutions. Malaking tulong po talaga yun sa journey ko.

Nagpapasalamat din ako sa BPED/BTLED sa suporta ninyo sa akin bilang BM. Alam kong may mga pagkukulang ako, pero sinigurado kong ibigay ang best ko sa bawat responsibilidad na nakaatang sa akin. Kay Ma’am Gladz, maraming salamat po sa walang sawang paggabay at pag-aalaga sa amin. Malaking bagay po iyon sa amin bilang mga estudyante at lider.

For the students, by the students!

As I step down as your BSED Board Member, I want to sincerely thank everyone who became part of this journey.

To all the students, thank you for believing in me and supporting me throughout my term. Your trust means so much to me, and I am truly grateful for the chance to serve you.

To the Local Student Council, thank you for your teamwork, sacrifices, and dedication in serving our fellow students. This term was not easy, and we faced many challenges, but I am thankful that we continued to work together and do our best.

To our adviser, Dr. Gladilyn Garcia - Gulay, thank you for your guidance, patience, and support throughout our term. Your encouragement helped us grow as leaders and as individuals. We are truly grateful for your time, effort, and care.

Serving as a BSED Board Member was a privilege that I will always be thankful for. Thank you for the trust, memories, and lessons. As I step down from this position, I carry with me a grateful heart for the opportunity to serve and be part of this journey.

[BEED BM JHAME]

If someone were to ask me, "How was your term?" I’d probably share something many of you might not even know. In just ten months of serving, I became a BEED Board Member, Vice Governor, and Governor all at once. It’s been a whirlwind, but it is something I wouldn't show off. Naniniwala kasi ako na whatever position I hold, I am still just a student leader who served the students and how I should be addressed was never important to me.

Before I even became a BM, the people closest to me saw everything I went through, and I’ll be honest, it was truly not easy. Malayo kasi ito sa iniisip ng marami kung ano ang isang "student leader", yung dapat daw matalino, magaling, mahusay, or alam mo 'yon? Yung almost perfect. Kaya naman when I was tasked to be the OIC Vice Governor then eventually maging OIC Governor? I was filled with doubt. Dumating ako sa punto na I also questioned my capacity, I didn't know if I could carry those responsibilities the same way I handled being a Board Member. Parang bawal akong magkamali kasi nasa mataas na posisyon na ako. But I realized na I am a person who is failing, committing mistakes, and carrying the weight of a normal student's life on my shoulders. And whatever path time would take me, it is always the heart I put into serving that matters most.

As I step down, I hope I leave you with the realization that we don't need to be perfect to lead, we just need to be willing to show up for others.

Magandang araw po sa lahat! I hope, nasa mabuting kalagayan ang lahat!

First BSE Board Member. To be honest, hindi ko po akalain na mauupo ako sa posisyong ito. Akala ko no'ng una ay magiging madali, pero daraan at daraan talaga sa mga ups and downs. I would describe my journey as a roller coaster ride; there were times when I felt brave, happy, and excited, but also moments where I felt nervous and overwhelmed.

There were many challenges and hidden battles I faced during my term, but I did my best to face them head-on. I felt extremely excited whenever I was planning and preparing for our events. Even when I felt nervous, sad, or afraid, I overcame those feelings with the help of my support systems. Every task brought a sense of fulfillment because I knew I did my very best, especially if naf-feel ko na nagiging sandalan ako ng mga students whenever may rants or problems.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who joined and helped me on this journey: BulSUans, my BSE students, SCAC fam, Entrep LSC, Entrep Mayors, professors, campus admin, my family, Franz, friends, LIFE Org., campus personnel, and to my co-LSC officers. This journey would not have been easy without all of your help. Totoo na, kapag sama-sama ay may patutunguhan na maganda.

Being brave is something that I have carried with me because of the many people and experiences I've encountered. I have heard so many stories and rants, and I am truly grateful na napagkakatiwalaan ako ng ibang mga students. Lessons I have learned have truly shaped who I am today. I know in my heart that I gave my best to this responsibility and will continue to learn, improve, lead, and do the right things in other ways. Thank you to everyone who trusted and has been there for me.

Isang Taas-Kamaong Pagbati, BulSUans!

Hindi naging madali ang landas ng ating paglilingkod para sa mga Negosyante ng Bayan. Maraming pagsubok, maraming pagkakataong kinailangan nating magpatuloy kahit pagod na. Hindi man naging perpekto ang bawat hakbang, masasabi kong naging makabuluhan ang bawat isa—dahil mula sa simula, iisa ang naging hangarin natin: ang makapaglingkod nang tapat para sa bawat estudyante.

Hindi lamang ito natapos sa loob ng BSBA Department. Nagkaroon din ako ng pagkakataong maglingkod sa buong Bustos Campus bilang Chairperson ng Environmental Committee at Student Health Affairs Committee—isang responsibilidad na buong puso kong tinanggap at pinahalagahan.

May mga gabi rin na tinanong ko ang sarili ko: Kaya ko pa ba? Sapat ba ang nagagawa ko? May natutulungan pa ba ako?
Ngunit sa bawat pagdududa, may isang bagay na patuloy na nagbibigay lakas sa akin—ang mga taong naniwala sa akin bago ko pa tuluyang paniwalaan ang sarili ko.

Sa aking BSBA LSC Staff, sa aking Envicomm at SHA Family—maraming salamat. Hindi magiging matagumpay ang bawat proyekto at programa kung wala kayo. Nariyan ang pagod, oo—pero higit doon ang saya at fulfillment na dala ng bawat pagtatapos ng ating mga gawain.

Ang makasama kayo, BSBA Department, ay isang karanasang hindi ko malilimutan—isang alaala na mananatili sa aking puso at magsisilbing inspirasyon sa susunod ko pang yugto ng paglilingkod.

Mga Negosyante ng Bayan, mga BulSUans—hindi pa ito paalam. Isa lamang itong pasasalamat. Sa pagtatapos ng aking termino bilang Board Member, baon ko ang mga aral, karanasan, at inspirasyon upang ipagpatuloy ang paglilingkod—hindi lamang para sa iilan, kundi para sa buong Bustos Campus.

Para sa estudyante, para sa bayan!

As our term ends, I want to appreciate everyone that participated as our journey comes to an end, I want to thank everyone starting from gov merl to the volunteers that really helped to conduct every events and projects for the betterment of our campus.

We may not have a perfect term and I know that we all encountered many problems, especially with the portal and all sorts of things but atleast we're still together standing for the students, this term will really be unforgettable for me.

I've learned a lot and served my purpose especially to the students, and as for the students I'm really thankful to all of you for trusting us your problems and concerns.

We're certainly grateful especially to the class mayors who diligently collect and cater the concerns of their classmates, thank you for your hardwork.

As for the newly elected lsc's, I hope you serve the students with the same drive but better results, goodluck with your term.

The journey was not easy yet it was meaningful.

Sa simula, nangangapa at naliligaw. Pero sa aking paglalakbay, marami akong naranasan at natutuhan. May mga oras na pinipili ng sumuko. Pero sympre, hindi naman basta-basta bibitaw dahil masaya ako sa ginagawa.

Hinarap ang iba’t ibang pagsubok na dumating at laging binibitbit ang tiwala na ibinigay sa akin. Ito ang nagsilbing rason at pagtibayin ang lakas ng loob para patuloy na gampanan ang mga kinakailangan.

Masasabi ko na marami nang magandang nasimulan at nakapag iwan ng isang bagay na tunay na tatatak sa bawat isa. Ngunit, hindi pa rito natatapos dahil marami pang problemang dapat masolusyunan.

Bilang pagtatapos ng ating termino, natutuhan natin ang isang bagay—magpatuloy kahit anong mangyari as long as masaya tayo sa ginagawa natin.

Maraming salamat sa mga naniwala at sumuporta simula noon hanggang sa huling araw ng aking pagseserbisyo.

Sana, sa isang taong panunungkulan, naipaabot natin ang pagtulong kahit sa maliit man na paraan.

[GOVERNOR MERL]

It was exactly 4 years since I started this journey, from being volunteer to governor. Ang daming nangyari, ang daming laban. My journey as the governor was never easy. It was filled with challenges, criticisms, sleepless nights, and moments of doubt. But beyond all of that, it was also filled with purpose. Because every struggle we faced was rooted in one goal which is to serve the students, to protect your rights, and to make sure that your voices were heard.

Sa loob ng apat na taon na nagsilbi tayo sa loob ng pamantasan, I saw how the issues inside our university are not isolated cases, but reflections of much bigger, deeper problems outside it. Issues of inequality in education, lack of access and opportunities, corruption that continues to weaken public trust, and a system that often prioritizes power over people. I saw students struggling not just with academics, but with poverty, mental health, and the pressure of surviving a system that is not always designed for them. Pero sa gitna ng lahat ng ‘yon, doon mas lalong nabuhay ang diwa ng paglilingkod. Doon natin mas na-realize na hindi pwedeng manahimik na lang. Nandito tayo para manindigan at Para ipaglaban ang karapatan ng bawat estudyante.

Bustos Campus, Higit pa ang salitang Salamat. Hindi man ako naging perfect na leader, hindi man ako naging best in everyone’s eyes, but I know, deep in my heart, that I gave everything I had. Maraming salamat sa inyong tiwala at suporta!

Maraming salamat sa inyong lahat na naging bahagi ng laban na ito, sa mga sumama, sumuporta, naniwala, at patuloy na tumindig. Hindi naging magaan ang lahat ng pinagdaanan, pero dahil sa inyo, naging posible ang bawat hakbang. Sa bawat tulong, sa bawat salita ng suporta, sa bawat pag-unawa at presensya, naging mas buo ang laban na ito

As I end my term, I want to remind everyone that the fight does not end here. Maraming paraan para lumahok at lumaban.

Leadership is not limited to positions. Kahit wala ka sa pwesto, may boses ka. May kapangyarihan ka. May responsibilidad ka. Continue to question. Continue to demand better. Continue to stand for what is right.

I may be stepping down as Governor, pero hindi dito nagtatapos ang laban. Magpapatuloy tayo!
