As we commemorate Labor Day, let us remember the sacrifices made by workers throughout history to secure fair wages, safe working conditions, and the eight-hour workday. Today, we celebrate their achievements and continue to strive for a more just and equitable society for all workers.

A huge thank you to all UPSILON PHI SIGMA - Butuan City Executive Council alumni for your incredible support and kind donations during LCO DAYS 2024, which happened on April 4 to 6! Your support meant the world to us and helped us participate in an event that will never be forgotten.

CASTLE 2 is composed of these organizations: UPSILON PHI SIGMA, AIV DC, POINTY, JSWAP, CHORALE, OTAKU GUILD, ROBEC, CAMSA, SLCM

Though the overall winner is not yet announced, we are pleased to share the achievements of CASTLE 2 during the events.

As we celebrate the 89th founding anniversary, the Upsilon Phi Sigma of the Sigma Lambda Chapter (CSU) joined the bloodletting activity of the League of Campus Organizations (LCO) on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, with the theme "Crimson Heart: Feb-ibig is Love."

Let us continue to help our community and bring out the essence of our fraternity.

The Upsilon Phi Sigma-Caraga State University actively participated in the KULBAHINAM 2024: LCOs' Leadership Training, Team Building Activity, and Reaccreditation on January 26-27, 2024, with a theme "Conquering Development: Leading Through Change".

Being a leader is not just about how you lead the organization; it is all about being a DYNAMIC leader: Determined, Yielded, Nurturing, Adaptable, Motivated, Inspired and Courageous.
