𝗠𝗴𝗮 𝗞𝗮-𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗼, 𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗮𝗻𝘀! 𝗪𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀.

Just recently, a tragedy has struck the people of Barangay Pagatpatan, Purok Kwatro, where an unexpected fire spread and burned down the homes and livelihoods of our fellow Ka-Socios, CSUans, and Butuanons.

We kindly knock on your hearts and ask you to spare donations to the affected people. You may donate any amount or goods for the society to give.

Sa paggunita ng 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻, ating binabalikan ang katapangan at sakripisyo ng mga Pilipinong nag-alay ng kanilang buhay para sa kalayaan at dignidad ng bayan. Ang kanilang paglaban, tulad ng 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, ay naging mahalagang bahagi ng ating kasaysayan at patuloy na humuhubog sa ating pambansang kamalayan.

Sa pananaw ng sosyolohiya, ang ganitong mga makasaysayang alaala ay bahagi ng ating collective memory—mga karanasang pinagsasaluhan ng lipunan na tumutulong sa pagbuo ng ating pambansang identidad at pagkakaisa.

Sa pamamagitan ng pag-alala, napapanatili natin ang pagpapahalaga sa sakripisyo ng mga naunang henerasyon at ang kahalagahan ng pagtindig para sa bayan.

As Socio students, we start with “sa mata’g teyoryang ginapangbasa”, learning and understanding the world. But it’s love and passion, “napuno sa gugma nga walay sama”, that really drives us. Through “pagnukiduki ug pagsusi ang kinabuhi”, we explore, question, and make sense of life around us.

Our voices rise together, “atong tingog ang mosubang”, and our hands are always ready to help, “atong mga kamot andam motabang”. With courage that lasts, “may kaisog nga mulahutay”, we move forward as one.💫

Congratulations, Ms. Angel Mae Mandigma, for breaching the third podium with your amazing performance, and to Mr. Tres Lambon for demonstrating style and poise.
