It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Kuya Arman on February 28, 2026.
Kuya Arman was one of the most valued and cherished members of CSU-CAA Ka-Agri Farm family. Since joining the farm in 2020, he has given not only his strength and skills, but also his whole heart to his work. His dedication, loyalty, and sincere love for agriculture greatly contributed to the growth and success of Ka-Agri Farm. His presence brought life to the fields and warmth to everyone around him.
More than a hardworking farm worker, Kuya Arman was a mentor, a teacher, and an inspiration to many. He patiently guided students who came to the farm for their thesis projects, summer practicums, on-the-job training, and countless senior high school work immersions from multiple senior high schools in Butuan. He generously shared his knowledge and skills, teaching them not only the technical aspects of farming but also the dignity of honest labor, perseverance, and passion for agriculture. For countless students, he was not just โKuya Armanโ in name, but truly a big brother in guidance and encouragement.
His sudden passing is a great loss not only to his family but to the entire Ka-Agri Farm community. We have lost a faithful worker, a dependable colleague, a humble teacher, and a dear friend. The farm will never be the same without his quiet strength, cheerful spirit, and steady hands tending the crops he loved so much.
Kuya Armanโs legacy will live on in the fields he nurtured, in the students he mentored, and in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege to work alongside him. He will always be remembered with gratitude, respect, and love.
Rest in peace, Kuya Arman. You will forever be part of Ka-Agri Farmโs story.
