The mother of a BS Geodetic Engineering student is currently in Kuwait and has been declared brain dead, sustained only by life support. The family is seeking assistance to bring her back to the Philippines for proper arrangements and to be laid to rest with dignity and surrounded by loved ones.

Elyn has always embraced life’s gifts with grace, living comfortably and just enough comfort to keep doubts at bay while navigating the uncertainty about her future. Fresh out of high school, staring at college applications like a blank canvas, frozen by the question “So, what now?” Nothing sparked, no burning ambitions and dedication, she paused her education in search of meaning. And for 18 months, she joined the church’s missionary program.

Elyn poured herself into service— teaching children, visiting ex-convicts, and the homeless. Still, this didn’t hand her all the answers she needed. So, she continued working to support herself. Despite all these, she didn’t feel behind her peers. Not until one day after work, she unexpectedly had an organic encounter which bought her a different perspective in life.
