The workshop covered the fundamental concepts of SEM, the distinctions between PLS-SEM and CB-SEM, their appropriate applications in research, and the development, assessment, and interpretation of structural equation models. The sessions were complemented by hands-on activities, allowing participants to apply the concepts to research data and gain practical experience in SEM analysis.

Beyond strengthening participantsโ€™ competencies in advanced quantitative research methods, the activity also fostered inter-campus and interdisciplinary research collaboration between CSU Main Campus and CSU Cabadbaran Campus.
