𝗜𝗖𝗬𝗠𝗜 | Caraga State University – Main Campus 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, has been awarded the 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀. In recognition of its outstanding youth-led initiatives, this distinction affirms 𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗨𝗛𝗔’𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 to principled leadership, civic engagement, and inclusive development—advancing the 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀, at the grassroots level and strengthening youth participation in nation-building.

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Auxiliary Services (OVPSAS) will be conducting its Annual Planning, Performance Review and Assessment (APPRA) cm Team Building on December 1-4, 2025, at Guzmana Ave., Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental.

During this time, the following staff will receive and release all relevant documents and will be effectuated until the OVPSAS resumes its regular operation on Friday, December 5, 2025.

𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: In view of the recent earthquake and continued occurrences of aftershocks, the University shall implement Online Flexible Teaching and Learning (FTL) Modalities for both campuses, effective October 13-19, 2025, as precautionary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of its constituents.

All faculty members and administrative personnel are hereby directed to report onsite to ensure the continuous and efficient delivery of services. For faculty members, coordination and close monitoring of their respective students are required to ensure the effective implementation of appropriate FTL modalities.

During this period, students are also not required to participate in any on-campus activities. However, those who wish to enter the campus for any valid reason must first secure an appointment with their Instructors/Professors and obtain clearance from the Campus Safety and Security Office.

The official memorandum from the Office of the University President following this announcement will be issued and disseminated through the appropriate communication channels.

All these measures are being undertaken to ensure the safety and well-being of all Golden Paddlers. Please be guided.
