For many students, graduation is the culmination of years of hard work and sacrifice. For Donna Jane Peteros, a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy student and the Valedictorian of the Dulangbani Class of 2026, it is also a powerful testimony of faith, perseverance, and God's unwavering grace.
Growing up in a financially challenged family, Donna faced circumstances that could have easily discouraged her from pursuing her dreams. One memory, in particular, has stayed with her throughout the years. A relative once asked her mother, โMakapa-graduate diay ka niya?โ a question that reflected the doubts others had about her future.
Today, that question has been answered in the most remarkable way.
By God's grace, Donna is graduating with flying colors and earning the distinction of being the Valedictorian of the Dulangbani Class of 2026. Her achievement stands as proof that no dream is too big, no circumstance is too difficult, and no obstacle is impossible to overcome when faith, determination, and perseverance remain steadfast.
Her journey at Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus (CSUCC) was marked not only by academic excellence but also by opportunities that allowed her to grow beyond the classroom.
Among the accomplishments she treasures most was representing the university in a national extemporaneous speaking competition held at the University of the Philippines Los Baรฑos (UPLB).
"I never imagined being on that stage, even in my wildest dreams," Donna shared.
Through CSUCC's support and the opportunities it provided, she was able to showcase her talent on a national platform. What seemed impossible soon became reality when she emerged as the Champion of the competition.
That victory became more than a title, it became a reminder of God's power and faithfulness in her life.

As she reflects on her journey, Donna believes that true success is not measured solely by achievements, awards, or academic honors. Rather, it is found in living a life anchored on purpose and faith.
To younger students who are still pursuing their dreams, she leaves this heartfelt message:
