𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮 – 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — The College for Research & Technology (CRT) Cabanatuan Campus successfully held its National Service Training Program – Civic Welfare Training Service (NSTP-CWTS) Graduation Ceremony 2026 at Lazaro Francisco Integrated School, celebrating the completion and achievements of 548 student-graduates.

With the theme “Graduates in Service: Advancing Leadership and Patriotism for the Nation,” the ceremony highlighted the vital role of youth in nation-building through service, leadership, and civic responsibility.

The program formally opened with an inspiring Welcome Remarks delivered by Mr. Michael Angelo M. Mobo, MBA, NSTP Coordinator and Branch Head of CRT Cabanatuan Campus. In his message, he emphasized the transformative journey of NSTP students, underscoring the importance of volunteerism, discipline, and community engagement as foundations of responsible citizenship.

Following this, Mr. Mobo also led the Presentation of the 548 NSTP Graduates, marking a significant milestone in their academic and civic journey. The graduates were then officially confirmed by Prof. Emman P. Arimbuyutan, Vice President for Academic Affairs, who also delivered an Inspirational Message, encouraging the graduates to carry forward the values of service, integrity, and patriotism beyond the institution.

The ceremony was further enriched by the message of the Guest Speaker, Ms. Hanna Shayne G. Tique, who shared her personal journey and inspired the graduates to pursue excellence, resilience, and purpose-driven leadership in their respective paths.

One of the highlights of the event was the Awarding of Exemplary Awards, recognizing outstanding performance, leadership, and dedication among NSTP students. This was followed by the formal distribution of Certificates of Completion, symbolizing the graduates’ readiness to serve their communities.

Representing the graduating class, Ms. Leah Mondragon, recognized as the Outstanding NSTP Student and Leader, delivered a heartfelt Valedictory Address, expressing gratitude and reflecting on the meaningful experiences gained through community immersion and service.

The program concluded with the Closing Message from Ms. Ara Venise Ocampo, Program Head of the Hospitality Management and Tourism Management Department, who commended the graduates for their commitment and encouraged them to remain active contributors to society.

The ceremony ended on a meaningful note as the graduates sang “Liwanag sa Dilim” followed by the CRT Hymn, symbolizing hope, unity, and their continued journey as responsible citizens.

The CRT NSTP-CWTS Graduation 2026 stands as a testament to the institution’s commitment to producing graduates who are not only academically equipped but also socially responsible and actively engaged in nation-building.
