On September 16, 2026, the Licean City Scholars gathered at AVR 3 for IskolarOn 2026: Nurturing Minds, Empowering Scholars, Building Stronger Community. The general assembly aimed to introduce the organization, outline the rights and responsibilities of a ka-ISDA, and share the history and direction of the association.

The program covered the organization's history, VMGO, CBL, and this year's Calendar of Activities. Scholars were also educated on the Scholar Development Program by Ms. Abegail Salcedo from the City Education Development Office.

More than just an orientation, the event featured games and raffle promos that brought excitement and enjoyment to the audience.

In closing, Ms. Althea Gaile Lilangan, President of the Association of Liceo City Scholars, emphasized the importance of active participation, reminding scholars of their civic responsibility to give back to the city and their community.
