Celebrating the spirit of generosity and community: On September 11, 2024, USTP Balubal, represented by Dr. Dennis A. Apuan, Acting Campus Director, and Ms. Bernalyn Grace Alvarez, Academic Head, came together with the Grand CDO Eagles Club and Grand CDO Lady Eagles Club for a heartwarming ceremony.

Held at the Balubal Satellite Office, 4th Floor LRC Building, USTP CDO Campus, the official signing of the Deed of Donation and Acceptance marked a special moment.

The club presidents and their dedicated members generously donated 4 electric fans to enhance the learning environment and comfort of USTP Balubal’s students. This gesture underscores our shared commitment to creating a supportive and enriched educational experience for our USTP Balubal students.

The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) formalized the ceremonial signing of the Deed of Absolute Sale to acquire a land area in Barangay Balubal, Cagayan de Oro City. This acquisition paves the way for the relocation of USTP Balubal to a larger and more conducive environment.

Terms of Reference:

2. Perform routine inspections of wooden structures, fixtures, and furniture to identify maintenance and repair needs
3. Repair and maintain doors, windows, desk, chairs, cabinets and other wooden items as needed.
4. Construct new wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications provided by the school administration.
5. Ensure that all carpentry materials, tools, and equipment and report any shortages or issued to the immediate supervisor.

7. Maintain a clean and organized carpentry workshop area.
