It is important to talk about su***de.

For years, we have lost a lot of precious lives due to su***de, and it is still not being talked about and understood enough. This Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, we are reminded that it is okay, and it is brave to ask for help. One life lost is too many. Hence, let us take proactive steps advocating for mental health and start providing safe spaces where people can talk about their pain and feel heard and seen, and not judged and condemned.
