🌟 Learn. Lead. Serve. Camp 2025 🌟💫
Theme: “Constellation of Change: Uniting Leaders with Competence, Compassion, and Character”
📍 MJN Farm and Cafe, Baikingon, Cagayan de Oro City

On September 15-17, 2025, the State University Electro-Mechanical Technology Society (SUEMTS) joined the Learn. Lead. Serve. Camp 2025. This 3-day leadership camp, organized by the Office of Student Affairs, gathered student leaders from across USTP for a transformative journey of growth and service.

Young leaders embarked on a meaningful experience that helped them discover their true potential, strengthen their character, and forge unbreakable bonds with fellow participants. With burning passion and a constellation of leaders connected as one, they embraced every moment of learning. Through fun and creative activities, leaders gained first-hand experiences that nurtured empathy, allowing them to connect more deeply with others, resilience as the strength to rise for the greater good, authenticity as the courage to lead with sincerity, and the heart to serve as the commitment to put others before self.

The camp became more than just training; it was a process of character building—the very anatomy of a student leader. It became the authentication of leadership and the fuel that ignites courage to serve with sincerity. A true leader’s foundation is integrity, with a heart that upholds dignity, lives with honesty, and naturally earns both self-respect and the respect of others. These values became the cornerstones that inspired participants to thrive not only as competent leaders, but also as compassionate individuals who create safe spaces and drive meaningful change in their organizations.

Step by step, they are becoming leaders who will make an impact, live with purpose, and serve with heart ❤️
