โDetailing the organizational updates, PAFT-Psi and SUMS successfully secured official approval from the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) for their respective AWFPs, moving their scheduled events forward without adjustments. PAFT-Psi highlighted its active endeavor to replace the tables and chairs at the 3rd-floor Food Technology "Tambayan," though they are seeking sponsors due to budget constraints.
Meanwhile, APA introduced its upcoming zero-cost initiatives, which include student tutoring sessions, a physics quiz bowl titled "Quizzies", a laboratory safety drive, and a two-stage mental well-being project called "Entanglement: Online Kamustahan". SCSM President Jordan Tungal also confirmed the successful ex*****on of AMBIT KAALAM 3.0 and outlined the roll-out of Gabay sa Agham at Matematika (GSAM): Non-STEM Edition starting this October.
โLooking toward student recruitment and extensions, the assembly laid out the strategic guidelines for the upcoming CSM College Promotional Caravans next month. Spearheaded by Dean RJ Leocadio, faculty, and SCSM officers, the caravans are set for October 19, 2026, at Bulua National High School, followed by an October 22 deployment to Indahag National High School led by President Tungal. All unit organizations are mandated to craft specialized 15-20 minute promotional programs and brochures featuring career opportunities, program details, and inspirational graduate quotes, with a primary focus on boosting the student intake for APA, SUMS, and Chemistry.

โOn the administrative and welfare front, the council solidified the protocols for the incoming Academic Awarding Ceremony on September 29, 2026. Council officers and volunteers will wear the SCSM Unified Shirt to handle strict venue setup and ushering call-times by 7:00 AM, working directly with StratCom for technical backup. Additional matters resolved include the approval of the upcoming Onboarding Activity slated for campus entry on September 26, the choice of Ms. Imelda Forteza as the key speaker for the Research Congress, and setting a separate meeting to evaluate the pending AWFP defenses of the ESS and Chemistry departments.
