In support of government initiatives on energy efficiency and the prudent use of institutional resources, North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) adopts the following temporary work arrangements effective March 16, 2026:

𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒍
📍 Monday–Thursday: On-site work for teaching, consultations, research, and other academic responsibilities.
📍 Friday: Work-from-home for academic tasks such as asynchronous classes, course preparation, research, and evaluation of outputs.
📍 Graduate School: Classes shall be conducted interimly.
📍 ROTC and CWTS: Activities will be held on-site every Friday, with no sessions on Saturdays.

𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑵𝒐𝒏-𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒍
📍 Adoption of a four (4)-day compressed workweek.
📍 Monday–Thursday: On-site work from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. (inclusive of a one-hour lunch break).
📍 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Non-working days.

Personnel involved in field operations and other essential services shall continue to follow their approved work schedules to ensure uninterrupted service.
