Our 2nd Year BS Hospitality Management students are diving deep into the world of delicate pastries. Under the expert guidance of Chef Robert Nerza Jr., they explored the versatility of Choux Pastry, crafting classic Cream Puffs, elegant Paris-Brest, and sleek Eclairs.

They even took the dough to the fryer to create golden, crispy Churros! To top it off, students mastered the three pillars of meringue French, Italian, and Swiss to create the perfect buttercream and a rich, layered Sans Rival.
