Obligadong Pag-update at Pagpapatunay ng Academic Prospectus

Alinsunod sa mga patakaran ng ICCT Colleges Foundation, Inc., ang lahat ng mag-aaral ay kinakailangang kumuha, mag-update, at magpatunay ng kanilang Academic Prospectus sa bawat Semester o Trimester, alinsunod sa kanilang programang pang-akademiko.

Isinasagawa ang patakarang ito upang matiyak na ang bawat mag-aaral ay:
• Palaging may sapat na kaalaman sa kanilang kasalukuyang katayuang pang-akademiko;
• Nasusubaybayan ang mga natapos, kasalukuyang kinukuha, at natitirang asignatura at iba pang akademikong kinakailangan;
• Maagang natutukoy at naisasagawa ang pagkuha ng mga bagsak, kulang (incomplete), o naiwang asignatura (back subjects);
• Nakatatanggap ng wastong gabay sa akademikong pagpapayo (academic advising) at pagpaplano ng mga asignaturang kukunin; at
• Nakakasunod sa lahat ng kinakailangang prerequisite at mga rekisito ng kurikulum bago makapag-enroll sa mga pangunahing asignatura (major subjects) at bago maging kwalipikado sa Internship, Practicum, Student Internship Program (SIP), at/o On-the-Job Training (OJT).

Mahigpit na pinapayuhan ang lahat ng mag-aaral na huwag hintayin ang kanilang huling taon ng pag-aaral bago suriin ang kanilang Academic Prospectus. Ang hindi regular na pag-update at pagpapatunay nito ay maaaring magdulot ng pagkaantala sa Internship, Practicum, OJT, pagtatapos (graduation), at iba pang akademikong kinakailangan dahil sa mga hindi natugunang prerequisite subjects o kakulangan sa mga rekisito ng kurikulum.

Dahil dito, hinihikayat ang lahat ng mag-aaral na makipag-ugnayan sa kanilang Program Dean, Academic Coordinators, Academic Affairs Office, o sa Registrar's Office sa bawat Semester o Trimester upang matiyak ang kawastuhan at kabuuan ng kanilang Academic Prospectus.

Ang pagsunod sa Advisory na ito ay pananagutan ng bawat mag-aaral.

Para sa karagdagang gabay at tulong, mangyaring bumisita sa Registrar's Office o sa inyong kaukulang Academic Department.

Students who want to pursue a degree in AB English are encouraged to take the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand under the Academic track of Senior High School. The curriculum focuses on human behavior, literature, education, politics, liberal arts, and society. The HUMSS strand will cover relevant topics that may be further discussed in their college lectures. College eligible ALS passers and high school graduates prior to 2015 may consider enrolling to this program.
