โ€ข This extension is intended for Academic Year 2025โ€“2026 academic completers who were unable to accomplish the Graduation Application Google Form during the Pre-Graduation Orientation, as well as those who are eligible for graduation but have not yet submitted their Graduation Application via Google Form.

โ€ข Students who attended the Pre-Graduation Orientation and have already accomplished the Graduation Application Google Form are NO LONGER REQUIRED to submit another response.

โ€ข To verify whether your submission was successfully recorded, please check the personal email address you used when you submitted the Graduation Application Google Form for the confirmation or related notification.

โ€ข Submission of the Graduation Application does not automatically qualify a student for graduation. All applicants remain subject to the final academic evaluation, completion of curricular and institutional requirements, and verification by the Office of the Registrar and Student Services.

The Office of the Registrar and Student Services hereby informs all students who successfully filled out the Graduation Application via Google Form from May 17, 2026 to July 17, 2026 that attendance at the Pre-Graduation Orientation is MANDATORY as part of the graduation requirements for the Upcoming Commencement Exercises.

Please be advised that filling out the Graduation Application via Google Form does not automatically mean that a student is qualified for graduation. All applications remain subject to verification, validation, academic evaluation, and approval by the Office of the Registrar and Student Services and other concerned offices of the College. Only students who have satisfactorily complied with all academic, institutional, financial, and graduation requirements shall be considered qualified candidates for graduation.

The Pre-Graduation Orientation aims to discuss important matters regarding graduation requirements and procedures, E-Clearance, Special Order (SO) Number processing, requesting of school credentials (Transcript of Records, Diploma, Certifications, and other official documents), the ECAV process, and other graduation-related policies and guidelines. Attendance at the orientation will help ensure that graduating students are properly informed and prepared, thereby avoiding misunderstandings, delays, and concerns before, during, and after the Commencement Exercises.

Obligadong Pag-update at Pagpapatunay ng Academic Prospectus

Alinsunod sa mga patakaran ng ICCT Colleges Foundation, Inc., ang lahat ng mag-aaral ay kinakailangang kumuha, mag-update, at magpatunay ng kanilang Academic Prospectus sa bawat Semester o Trimester, alinsunod sa kanilang programang pang-akademiko.

Isinasagawa ang patakarang ito upang matiyak na ang bawat mag-aaral ay:
โ€ข Palaging may sapat na kaalaman sa kanilang kasalukuyang katayuang pang-akademiko;
โ€ข Nasusubaybayan ang mga natapos, kasalukuyang kinukuha, at natitirang asignatura at iba pang akademikong kinakailangan;
โ€ข Maagang natutukoy at naisasagawa ang pagkuha ng mga bagsak, kulang (incomplete), o naiwang asignatura (back subjects);

Ethnic culture represents the foundation of our identity. It carries the stories, values, beliefs, and way of life passed down through generations. Indigenous dances, in particular, are not just movements; they are expressions of gratitude, celebration, bravery, and connection to oneโ€™s roots.

They reflect the daily life, struggles, victories, and spirit of the people who came before us. By choosing this theme, we aim to keep these traditions alive, raise awareness about our cultural wealth, and show pride in where we come from. Our performance draws inspiration from the movements, music, costumes, and symbols of various indigenous groups.
