SCHEDULE OF GRADUATION REHEARSALS
1st Year-End Commencement Exercises

The Office of the Admissions and Registrar of ICCT Colleges Foundation Inc. officially announces the schedule of Graduation Rehearsals for the graduating students participating in the 1st Year-End Commencement Exercises on October 20, 2026.

Schedule of Rehearsals:

Dates: October 15–16, 2026 (Thursday and Friday)
Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Venue: Rooftop, Building 2, ICCT Cainta Main Campus

All graduating students are required to attend their respective rehearsal schedules based on their assigned colleges and departments, as indicated in the attached official schedule.

The rehearsals aim to familiarize graduating students with the proper procession, seating arrangements, ceremony procedures, and other important instructions to ensure an organized and successful Commencement Exercises.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Strictly follow the assigned date and time of your respective college or department.

2. Arrive on time and observe proper discipline throughout the rehearsal.

The Office of the Registrar and Student Services announces that the deadline for submission of the Graduation Application Google Form has been extended until October 17, 2026.

All qualified First Trimester Completers of Academic Year 2026–2027 who have not yet submitted their applications are encouraged to accomplish the form within the extended period.

First Year-End Commencement Exercises – October 2026

The Office of the Registrar and Student Services informs all graduating students for the First Year-End Commencement Exercises – October 2026 that the Graduation Pictorial Schedule is now available for checking.

To check your assigned pictorial schedule, please scan the QR Code and enter your Student Number. Your assigned date and time for the Graduation Pictorial will be displayed.

πˆπŒππŽπ‘π“π€ππ“ : After checking your schedule, please read and understand all the instructions provided. Graduating students are expected to strictly follow their assigned date and time, pictorial requirements, dress code, and other guidelines indicated.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your assigned schedule.

To qualify for the Graduation Pictorial, students must present/submit the required Clearance and/or Graduation Application Form and proof of payment of the Graduation Fee, including the required photocopies. Business attire is strictly required. Toga and cap will be provided at the pictorial venue.

The Office of the Registrar and Student Services announces that the Graduation Application Google Form is now officially open for qualified First Trimester Completers of Academic Year 2026–2027 who intend to apply for the March 2027 Commencement Exercises.

Application Period: September 4, 2026 to October 17, 2026

All eligible First Trimester Completers are advised to accomplish and submit the Graduation Application Google Form within the prescribed application period to facilitate the timely evaluation and verification of academic, curricular, and institutional requirements.

Submission of the Graduation Application Google Form does not automatically qualify a student for graduation. All applicants are subject to final academic evaluation and verification of curricular, institutional, and other graduation requirements by the Office of the Registrar and Student Services.

Only students who successfully complete and satisfy all graduation requirements shall be considered for inclusion in the Official List of Candidates for the March 2027 Commencement Exercises.

ICCT COLLEGES FOURTH-YEAR STUDENT PROSPECTUS UPDATING AND EVALUATION SURVEY

The Office of the Registrar and Student Services is conducting the Fourth-Year Student Prospectus Updating and Evaluation Survey for Academic Year 2026–2027.

This survey aims to determine the current status of Prospectus updating among fourth-year students, particularly how regularly students have their Prospectus evaluated and updated. The information gathered will help the Office identify students who have not updated their Prospectus and strengthen the monitoring of academic progress before students reach their final stage of graduation evaluation.

All currently enrolled Fourth-Year Students of ICCT Colleges are therefore requested to participate and provide accurate information regarding their Prospectus updating status.

Regular updating of your Prospectus is important because it allows you to:

Monitor the subjects you have already completed;
Identify missing, deficient, or pending subjects at an earlier stage;
Verify your progress based on the prescribed curriculum; and
Avoid discovering academic deficiencies only when applying for graduation.

Please scan the QR Code in the poster and accomplish the survey completely and accurately.

IMPORTANT: This survey is intended for monitoring and evaluation purposes and does not constitute a formal graduation evaluation or automatically determine a student's eligibility for graduation.
