Discovery of learning is an adventure — a journey to unveil so much mystery.

The 4th Year students at PHINMA RCL in partnership with Brgy Parian are paving out the way to serve the community of Parian to teach the children and help them develop the fundamentals.

May your program be filled with joy, learning, and good purpose. PHINMA RCL and your College of Education Family is beyond proud of this initiative.
