SHCCI SCHOLARSHIP SERVICES

We are pleased to inform you that the Application for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027 is now open!

• Eligibility: Open exclusively to students who are not yet TES/TDP grantees • Deadline: Applications will be accepted until August 20, 2026 only.

All interested and eligible applicants are advised to submit their complete applications on or before the said deadline. Late submissions will not be accommodated.

Should you have any concerns regarding the application, don’t hesitate to contact the Scholarship Coordinator (John Clenton T. Lagud, LPT) at the Accounting Office.

📌 RA 7079 – Campus Journalism Act of 1991
Protects campus press freedom and student journalists’ rights and responsibilities.

♿ RA 7277 & RA 9442 – Magna Carta for Persons with Disabilities
Ensures equal access to education and protection from discrimination.

🛡️ RA 7877 – Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995
Punishes sexual harassment, especially by persons in authority.

🚫 RA 9165 – Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002
Strengthens drug prevention, education, and rehabilitation programs.

All 4th Year students are reminded to attend the Financial Literacy Symposium on August 07, 2026 at 3:00-4:00 Pm. Your participation in this activity is highly encouraged as it aims to enhance your financial knowledge and prepare you for responsible financial decision-making.

Please be informed that all Fourth Year participants in the Financial Literacy Symposium are officially exempted from attending the RT Meeting for the Buwan ng Wika celebration. Attendance at the symposium will serve as your authorized participation during the scheduled RT meeting.

📢 COLLEGE-WIDE FIRE DRILL ANNOUNCEMENT

Attention, Sacred Heart College of Calamba, Inc. faculty, staff, and students!

In coordination with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) – Calamba Fire Station, a College-Wide Fire Drill will be conducted on Wednesday, August 05, 2026, from 3:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Participants: All faculty, staff, and students
Venue: Sacred Heart College of Calamba, Inc.

Fire Drill Procedures

1. Stay calm when the fire alarm sounds. Do not panic.

2. Stop all activities immediately and prepare to evacuate.

3. Leave your belongings behind and proceed to the nearest designated exit.

4. Walk quickly—do not run, push, or shout.

5. Follow the directions of your instructors, fire marshals, and emergency response personnel.

6. Assist persons with disabilities or those needing help, if it is safe to do so.

7. Proceed directly to your designated assembly area and remain with your class or office group.

8. Do not re-enter any building until the "All Clear" signal is given by the authorities.

Your active participation is essential in ensuring the success of this emergency preparedness activity. Let us work together to promote a safe and disaster-ready campus.

To all SHCCI College students:

Please be guided by the official schedule for wearing school uniforms:

-Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
--Prescribed School Uniform

-Wednesday
--Department Uniform

📌 Note:
On Fridays, members of the school's recognized student organizations are allowed to wear their respective organization uniforms.

Students are reminded to wear the proper uniform at all times as part of maintaining discipline, professionalism, and the identity of our institution.

⚠️ NO COMPLETE SCHOOL UNIFORM, NO ENTRY.

The event highlighted a message of compassion from Mr. Rico Laceste, the faculty’s Rite of Renewal, and the official oath-taking of the Caritas Manila scholars.
