What an incredible journey it has been! Our interactive booth ran for two amazing days, starting on ๐’๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ and wrapping up our final day on ๐’๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, right at the Main and SHS Lobby of the University of Perpetual Health System Dalta Calamba.

Over these past two days, everyone had fun, learned the essential signs, discovered critical risk factors, and picked up valuable tips to prevent stroke and heart disease. Through all our interactive booth activities, our ultimate goal was to equip you with the knowledge that could truly save a life.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who joined us, participated, and made this event a huge success. Thank you to everyone who shared their time, energy, and enthusiasm with us!

Last ๐’๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, the College of Physical Therapy had such a solid, fun-filled team building and growth day.

It was totally the vibe to reset, reconnect, and bring back our PT spirit.

Through all the games, teamwork, and new memories, we built stronger connections that go way beyond the classroom and lab rooms. Because in Physical Therapy, we don't just heal, we totally grow together.

World Physical Therapy Day was an absolute blast, and we want to send a huge thank you to everyone who joined us at the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta Calamba Campus on ๐’๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”. Seeing so many familiar faces and total beginners show up to shake it out and celebrate movement together meant the world to our community.

Wrapping up our Day 2 seminar, July 12, for World PT Week 2026!

We celebrated the power of movement in protecting hearts, rebuilding strength, and restoring lives. A massive thank you to ๐Œ๐š'๐š๐ฆ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ง ๐Œ๐š๐ž ๐…๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ, PTRP, for sharing her invaluable expertise on physical therapy's vital role in heart health and stroke recovery.

Beyond an insightful discussion, she also led an engaging live demonstration on ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ณ๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐š๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐ข๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ for stroke patients, showing us firsthand how purposeful movement brings us closer to a stronger recovery.

As we celebrate World Physical Therapy Week, our planned face-to-face alumni visit had to shift online due to class suspensions, but ๐‰๐จ๐ง ๐€๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ ๐€. ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐šรฑ๐š, ๐๐“๐‘๐ and ๐‰๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ƒ. ๐’๐š๐ฆ๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ž, ๐๐“๐‘๐ still dropped by virtually to hang out with us.

The physical therapy students listened intently as the alumni shared real experiences from the field, talking about how they figured things out step-by-step and how certain moments changed their perspective on patient care. Hearing them break down the mix of knowledge, evidence, and hands-on experience gave everyone a much-needed break from heavy books to connect with folks who once sat in those exact same chairs.

Shifting to a screen did not stop us from connecting. Bringing students and grads together like this kept our community strong and reminded everyone why we chose this path, and we are just so happy to welcome you both back home.๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿฉบ
