Regular classes shall proceed as scheduled.

All college students are required to attend the Solemn Investiture and Installation wearing their complete school uniform. Faculty members are requested to strictly check and monitor attendance.

Regular classes for college students shall resume.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 129 released by Malacañang Palace, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, the following arrangements shall be implemented across all DWCC campuses tomorrow, August 19, 2026:

| CLASSES AND OFFICE WORK - AUGUST 18, 2026

Due to the continuous rainfall, all classes today will shift to asynchronous mode.

For College Employees, they may report to their respective offices provided that it is safe for them to travel to the campus and they have necessary tasks or work that need to be accomplished in the office. Otherwise, they may work from home.

Everyone is advised to prioritize their safety and exercise caution when travelling.

As we welcome our new student leaders, may we also remember that elections are defined not only by the results, but by a transparent process, informed voters, responsible participation, and a commitment to genuine service.
