The Bagong Pilipinas Merit Scholarship Program (BPMSP) is now accepting applications for the First Semester of AY 2026-2027! For full details on eligibility requirements, application procedures, and other program guidelines, interested applicants may visit the BPMSP Application Portal at bpms.ched.gov.ph.

📍 Venue: CTE Conference Room

Personnel from DBP Tubigon will be present to assist you in personally opening your accounts.

Attendance is mandatory for all concerned grantees. Please ensure that you arrive on time and bring a photocopy of your National ID if you have not yet submitted one.

📢 Calling all BISU CALAPE TES Grantees who graduated in 2023, 2024 & 2025 and took their Licensure Examinations for the Submission of CHED TES-3B Reimbursement Applications

🗓️ Deadline for Submission: On or before May 15, 2026
📍 Where to Submit: Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office or College of Teacher Education Office (Look for Ms. Hormillada)

Please submit and compile the requirements in 2 copies (1 copy of the original and 1 photocopy for each document)

1. Availment of TES-3B Form

* HEI, PSA, BIR, NBI – issuance of Transcript of Records, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate (if applicable), Documentary Stamps, NBI Clearance, Certificate of Good Moral Character
* Other entities/institutions – expenses necessary to comply with licensure examination requirements

Good day! To the ff TDP TES Grantees,pls proceed to the CTE Office to fill up your DBP Account Opening Form. Also bring the ff requirements,

1.) 2 pcs recent 1*1 pictures (white background)
2.) Photocopy of School ID bearing the photo of the bearer and signature
3.) Photocopy of National ID ( Printed Copy from the website is accepted)

Deadline of this is not later than May 1, 2026. Non compiance will delay the disbursement of your allowance. Please be guided.
