Advancing educational innovation at this year’s PACU General Assembly and Elections.

PhilCST Administrators graced the 94th Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU) Annual General Assembly and Elections at Sheraton Manila Hotel, with the goal of ensuring that the education we provide remains both resilient and ethical in an increasingly digital and AI-driven world.

The assembly featured critical discourse from Philippine Senate President Sen. Sherwin T. Gatchalian on transforming educational partnerships into actionable, synergistic frameworks.

Unprecedented Heights: PhilCST shines once more!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate a landmark achievement as we have officially secured our place on the map in the prestigious UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2026.

• RANK 880th IN THE WORLD
• RANK 47th IN THE ENTIRE PHILIPPINES
(Among the very few academic institutions in Pangasinan on the list this year)

Making this honor even more special is the fact that we accomplished this during our first-time joining the rankings!

Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to our visionary administrators for their guidance and support, our tireless Deans and faculty for their instruction, and to all our hard-working staff.

We also dedicate this honor to our students and to the many more years of building brighter education, continuously striving for innovation and progressive growth.

Mabuhay, PhilCST! Mabuhay, !

Where Student Affairs finds its truest work.

Through our Director for Student Welfare and Support Services, PhilCST takes part in the 1st Regional Conference and General Assembly of PAPSAS Region 1.

This participation continues to weave PhilCST’s commitment to a Student Affairs culture that listens with intention and responds with compassion.

Because students deserve more than access to education, every PhilCSTian deserves a community that cares as deeply as it educates.

PRC Celebrates the Top Performing Schools of the September 2026 RMELE!

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC / Commission) honors and congratulates the Top Performing Schools in the September 2026 Registered Master Electricians Licensure Examination (RMELE) for their outstanding performance and commitment to excellence in Electrical Engineering education.

The Top Three (3) recognized schools, having distinguished themselves through the strong and steadfast performance of their examinees, each with 20 or more examinees and a passing rate of at least 85%. Their achievement reflects the quality of education, training, and preparation provided to future RMEs.

The Commission likewise commends the administrators, faculty members, mentors, and successful examinees whose dedication and collective efforts contributed to this achievement. Their success highlights the important role of higher education institutions in developing competent, ethical, and globally competitive Registered Master Electricians (RMEs) who uphold and maintain the safe, reliable, and legal electrical installations in homes, businesses, and public infrastructure that drive economic growth and public safety.

The results of the September 2026 RMELE were released five (5) working days after the last day of examination, reflecting the Commission’s continuing efforts to provide timely, efficient, and responsive licensure examination services.

The PRC celebrates this milestone with the top-performing schools and the newest members of the Electrical Engineering profession.
Congratulations on this well-earned achievement!
