A new chapter begins for the English Educators Association!

On May 25, 2026, EEA successfully held its annual organizational election at the 4th Floor of the CCJS Building. The event marks a pivotal transition of leadership aimed at the organization's continuous growth and excellence.

The event kicked off with an opening remark from the outgoing Vice President, Mr. Wamy R. Picorro, who welcomed the EEAducators and extended his gratitude to the outgoing officers for their utmost dedication for the organization.

The event continued as the outgoing President, Mr. James Earl T. Cruz presented the achievements of the organization for the academic year, and the outgoing Treasurer, Ms. Angelie R. Cajeme, discussed the financial reportโ€”reflecting the organization's dedication to excellence and transparency.

As the election concluded, a new set of officers assumed the transition of leadership. The event ended in a high note with the formal presentation of the new roster of officers by Ms. Angelie R. Cajeme, the newly elected EEA President.

Our hearts are heavy as we confirm that the recent fire in Purok 6, Brgy. Dagum, greatly affected one of our ownโ€”Marian Basilan, a 2nd-year student and dedicated member of the English Educators Association (EEA). Their family lost their home and belongings in the tragedy.

In this difficult time, we humbly ask for your kindness and support as they begin to recover from this heartbreaking incident.
