🦅✨ 6th General Membership Meeting | Eagle Year 2026 ✨🦅

The Calbayog Samaritan Eagles Club successfully conducted its 6th General Membership Meeting, where officers and members convened to discuss and strengthen the club's various programs and projects for Eagle Year 2026.

Among the key initiatives tackled were the proposed scholarship grants for deserving elementary students, along with other community-centered projects aimed at making a positive and lasting impact.

The meeting also highlighted the successful staging of the 1st Bagani 73K Ultra Marathon, a joint venture project with Team Kuhol – Calbayog Running Community, organized for the benefit of the Pan-as Hayiban Protected Landscape. The event's success reflects the power of collaboration and the shared commitment of both organizations toward environmental conservation and community development.

Through unity, service, and leadership, the Calbayog Samaritan Eagles Club continues to soar higher in its mission of uplifting lives and serving the community.

Calbayog is gearing up for history in the making! On May 23–24, 2026, runners will conquer the 1st BAGANI 73KM Ultramarathon from Allen to Calbayog — a true test of endurance and spirit.

With the full support of Mayor Hon. Raymund “Monmon” Uy and the LGU of Calbayog, this event is more than a race. It’s a celebration of unity, sports tourism, and the pride of our community.

What makes this ultramarathon special is the way it brings people together — athletes pushing their limits, families lining the roads to cheer, and local volunteers ensuring everything runs smoothly. It’s not just about crossing the finish line; it’s about showcasing Calbayog’s hospitality, resilience, and growing passion for sports.

Our 2nd meeting with Hon.Katrina Mae Enzon Suan, Municipal Mayor of Allen, marks another important step in the preparations for the upcoming 1st BAGANI 73KM Ultramarathon Allen to Calbayog happening on May 23–24, 2026.

The meeting included discussions on the preparations being made for the success of the event, as we continue working toward a safe, organized, and memorable race experience for every runner.
