๐๐ก ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ง๐ | ENSC AND COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING OFFICIALS CONDUCT A DIALOGUE REGARDING STUDENT CONCERNS
Today, ๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ญ๐ต, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ (๐ง๐๐ฒ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐), the Engineering Student Council outgoing officers, together with the incoming officers and College of Engineering officials, held a dialogue to ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ป๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐.
The dialogue ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฝ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐๐ฒ held at the start of the semester and assessed the progress of facility improvements throughout the term. It also covered concerns regarding classrooms, laboratory spaces, restroom cleanliness, and overall safety within the Engineering Building.

For the ๐ฃ๐ต๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐, coordination with CAS is ongoing, and the formal letter regarding the concern has already been sent.
In the ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐น๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐, vinyl tiles will be repaired, while review of stored medical items will also be conducted to check expiration dates, ensuring that expired materials are properly disposed of and no longer used by students. Television units will be prioritized in rooms without projectors, while rooms currently equipped with projectors will have these transferred to the fourth floor as part of the reallocation plan. Eight new TVs have already been installed across the ground and second floors, with monitoring for the third and fourth floors still ongoing.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐น๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ผ๐บ๐, initially raised last August, are also being followed up for repair.
