After a careful and objective review, the St. Clare College Senior Chapter formally expresses its position of non-recognition of the expulsion decision involving Ms. Kimberly Shane “Pearl” Baluyot.
This stance is grounded on key concerns: lack of substantial and verifiable evidence, questions on due process, possible bias or conflict of interest, and the disproportionality of the disciplinary action. Our direct observations also reflect the member’s good standing and alignment with the organization’s values.
In light of these, we respectfully call for a fair and impartial review, full transparency of evidence, and proper adherence to constitutional and disciplinary procedures.
We remain committed to upholding integrity, accountability, and justice—always in the spirit of unity and brotherhood/sisterhood.
