Medici Omnes Duciens

Medici Omnes Duciens Welcome to the official page of Medici Omnes Duciens Fraternitas Et Sororitas (Medicus). Welcome to the MEDICUS of MCU page.

The first Medical Fraternity & Sorority in Manila Central University - College of Medicine This is a site of the Medici Omnes Duciens Fraternity & Sorority the first medical fraternity & sorority founded in 1982 at Manila Central University Filemon D. Tanchoco Medical Foundation located in Kaloocan City, Philippines. These great individuals started as ideal students in the field of medicine, unsat

isfied for the pure modicum of studying day in and day out, aware of the need for the student to communicate and be understood and to be active not just as student but as a human being that is a part of a society. They then started to convey the needs of their fellow students to the school and then to the community that they live in, creating the foundation of MEDICUS (Medici Omnes Duciens) a Medicine Channel for all. Medical students and doctors were a part of a bigger community, thus Medicus started to work in the society that they were a part of, and started to spent their free time on medical missions, health consultations and other fruitful endevours that benefits the students and the populace. Thereby, opening a road for the medical student to see what his/her possible future in the community is and what he/she can contribute to create a better society that he/she belongs. These are the basic tenets of Medicus.

In Loving Memory of Brod “Orrick”
Dr. Orrick Vincent Felix
MOD 278, Animo Ab Initio Batch

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved brother and esteemed alumnus, Dr. Orrick Vincent Felix. A proud member of Medici Omnes Duciens, MOD 278 of the Animo Ab Initio Batch. He was more than just a brother. He was a testament to perseverance, strength, and the unwavering spirit that defines our brotherhood.

Brod Orrick’s journey was one marked by determination and resilience. Through challenges and trials, he carried himself with courage and an unyielding will to move forward. His life reminds us that the path to becoming a physician and a man of service is never easy, yet it is through persistence, faith, and dedication that we rise above every obstacle. In his quiet strength and steadfast commitment, he showed us that giving up was never an option.

Though he may no longer walk beside us, the example he left behind continues to guide and inspire us to keep moving forward despite hardships, to remain steadfast in our purpose, and to honor the path we have chosen. May we carry his memory not only in our hearts, but also in the way we persevere, serve others, and uphold the values of our brotherhood.

As we mourn his passing, we also stand in solidarity with his beloved family. In this time of deep sorrow, we humbly seek your prayers and any support you may extend to help ease the financial burdens left in the wake of his passing.
